Alessa Larayne Brenzel

Alessa "Sugar Bean" Larayne Brenzel , 7, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Alessa was a fun spirited child who loved drawing, art, and being in the outdoors. She loved camping and fishing with her family. Alessa was an incredibly smart child whom she loved her teachers. She always had a smile on her face and joke ready to tell. Her smile would brighten any room, and she wanted to be friends with everyone who came in contact with.

She was born on August 24, 2012 in Louisville, Kentucky to John Luke Brenzel and Krystina (Edlin) Brenzel. She is preceded in death by her Great Grandfathers, and Grandfather.

Alessa is survived by her loving Mother, Krystina (Steven Burton) Brenzel, Father, John Brenzel, Brother, John Michael Brenzel, Grandmother, Virginia Mattingly, Beckie Samuels, and Nancy Brenzel-Breeden, Grandfathers, John Mattingly, and Bill Voyles, Great-Grandmothers, Julie Jarboe, JoAnn Mattingly, and Mary Boyd, and Great-Grandfather, David Mattingly. Alessa also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Friends, Classmates, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
