Adrian Leo McIntyre, 44, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 19, 2016.
Adrian was born on September 15, 1972, in Louisville, Kentucky to Bonnie Sulzer and the late Earl Joseph McIntyre.
Adrian is survived by his loving mother, Bonnie McIntyre Sulzer; step-father, Edwin Sulzer; brothers, Scott (Angie), David (Donna), and Shawn (Missy) McIntyre; and two twin daughters, Marie and Rene McIntyre.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
