Adley Scott Gaines, 9, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Adley was a bright and beautiful young girl who was a Straight-A student at Morgan Elementary. She enjoyed making Tik-tok videos, making people laugh, and taking dance classes.
She was born on June 30, 2011, in New Albany, Indiana, to Bradley and Vanessa (Newton) Gaines.
Along with her loving parents, Adley is survived by her sister, Alexa Gaines; grandparents, Tim and Sherry Newton and Donnie and Linda Gaines; great-grandmother, Patsy Eckart; uncle, Adam (Morgan) Newton; aunt, Alivia (Jordan) Newkirk; and cousin, Alister Newkirk.
A private Graveside Service will be held where she will be laid to rest at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
The family requests that contributions in Adley's memory be made to Beat Childhood Cancer (https://beatcc.org/give/).
