Achungpou Panmei

Achungpou Panmei, 36, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 Baptist Health Louisville.

He was born on March 6, 1985 in Rongdai, Manipur, India to Neikhonlung and Phenguiliu Panmei. Achungpou was a God-fearing, hardworking, loving, caring and understanding husband and father. He was dedicated, persistent, resistant and consistent in all that he did. With his beautiful personality, he has impacted all who have known him.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ludunlu Panmei, paternal grandmother, Makubamlu Panmei; and paternal grandfather, Gaikhamlung Panmei

Achungpou is survived by his loving wife, Temuining Panmei; sons, Albert Gaidinlung Panmei and Alan Gaisindai Panmei; parents, Neikhonlung Panmei and Phenguiliu Panmei; brothers, Palmei Kabigai, Poukinlung Panmei; John Panmei; sisters, Romi Gangmei, Majaguilu Rwangmei, and Lungkhangduanliu Panmei; nieces, Ningtingailu Panmei, Christina panmei, and Alice Rwangmei; nephews, Gaipuilan Panmei, Lungkunai Panmei, and Gideon Gangmei, uncles, Kapulin Panmei and Poudiatdai Panmei; aunts, Geangdunchunglu Panmei, Agun Gangmei, and Sana Panmei; maternal uncle, Meihuanlung Meiringmei; cousins, Teresa Panmei, Pouchunlung Panmei, Gainailu Panmei, Gaichangpou Panmei, Jaengamliu Panmei, Thanchuiliu Panmei, and several other cousins.

Visitation will be from 9 am to 12 pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Bethany Baptist Church (2319 Taylorsville Road). His Funeral Service will be at 12 pm on Wednesday at the church with burial to follow at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood, KY.

Memorial Contributions in Achungpou's memory be made to Bethany Baptist Church.
