Linda M. Mattingly, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Linda was a devoted daughter who took care of her mother for many years. she was an animal lover who would feed all of the neighborhood squirrels and stray cats. She always enjoyed going out to eat with family and friends. Shopping was an art for her. Linda never met a stranger and will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on December 28, 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Dora (VanNatta) Mattingly. She is preceded in death by her Father, Charles T. Mattingly, Sr., Mother, Dora J. Mattingly, and Sister, Janice Mattingly.

Linda is survived by her loving family, Siblings, Charles T. Mattingly, Michael W. Mattingly, Phyllis J. Mattingly, and Steven P. Mattingly; 5 Nieces and Nephews; 6 Great-Nieces and Nephews; 1 Great-Great-Niece; Beloved Dog, Heidi, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish her memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
