Harold A. Wills, 67, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Harold loved football. He was a longtime Washington Redskins fan. While in school, he played football at both New Albany High School and Indiana University. Harold also enjoyed riding motorcycles.

He was born on September 22, 1955, in Corydon, Indiana, to Robert and Ann (Burgess) Wright. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Ann Wills.

Harold is survived by his loving wife, Dawn Wills; stepdaughter, Mary Wright; step-grandson, Trever Wright; ex-wife, Shirley Wills; stepsons, Marvin and Matthew Dennison; brother, Bobby (Becky) Wright; niece, Erica Wright; great-niece, Addy Wright; sister, Jennifer (Bill) Taylor; nephew, Noah Taylor; nieces, Oakley Taylor and Chelsea (Jenson) Riddle; great-nieces and -nephews, Judah, Titos, Cilus, Ezra, and Aelitha Riddle; and many other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
