Linda Darling White, 64, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Early in her life, Linda had a career in nursing and enjoyed taking care of others. She was an avid animal lover, especially when it came to dogs.

She was born on April 25, 1958, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Chester and Barbara (Jekel) White. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Clif White. She is survived by her siblings, David White (Margee) and Becky Watters (Ben); sister-in-law, Tammy White; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews.

Linda's wish was to be cremated, and a celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Greenville Christian Church (9610 Clark Street, Greenville, IN 47124).

Contributions in Linda’s memory may be made to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League (215 W. Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
