She was born on November 20, 1962 in Quantico, Virginia to Sam Bass and Judith (Fulner) Montgomery. She is preceded in death by her father.
Elaine was a dedicated and loving daughter, wife, mom and Meemaw. She absolutely loved spending her time with her grandchildren.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Phillip Clayton, mother, Judith Montgomery, children, Jenni (Anthony ), Adam and Colleen (Robert), grandchildren, Cami, Trey, Keke, Zion, Ryann, Robbie, Jack Jack, and Sammy, her siblings, Annie (Greg), Chuck (Theresa) and Kevin (Wendy), and many nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss her dearly.
Elaine will be laid to rest privately at New Albany National Cemetery.
