Daniel Ray Lee, 44, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. He was born on June 16, 1978, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a 1997 graduate of Floyd Central High School. Dan was an avid WWE and sports fan, especially Alabama football ("Roll Tide!"). He enjoyed going to concerts and loved Metallica. He was a member of the Lions Club, who once served as president of the local chapter, as well as was a Leader Dog trustee for 3 years.

Dan is survived by his mother, Betty Lee; brother, David (Christa) Lee; sisters, Karen (Nathan) Lee and Kelly (Zac) Schneider; and was the loving "Uncle D" to Hannah, Landan, Maddie, Avery L., Mya, Avery S., Gabbie, Griffin, and Kian. He is preceded in death by his father, Otis Ray Lee, Jr.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). His Funeral Service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Tunnel Hill Cemetery.
