Daniel Di Salvo obituary: Daniel Di Salvo's Obituary, Kentuckiana
In Memory Of
Daniel Di Salvo

In Memory Of
Daniel Di Salvo
1929 - 2022
He is survived by his children, Debbie (Donnie), Donna, David (Mary Ann), Denise (David), Danny (Katyann), and Darin (Julie); grandchildren, Teresa (Charles), Justin, Emily (Josiah), Steven, Andrew, Ann Marie, David (Zoie), Joseph (Olivia), Brittany, Shannon (Josh), Zachary, Rachel, Leah, Mason, and Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Gannon, Collin, Ben, Norah, Iver, Finley, Marcus, Charlotte, and Lincoln, with one more on the way.
Dan worked until he was 85 years old in the transportation industry. He stopped working when his kidneys began to fail him. Dan was a dialysis patient for seven years and ten months. He was very appreciative of the good care that he received from the many doctors, nurses, and techs that kept him healthy.
He enjoyed working out at the gym with the many other "Gym Rats" that he met along with way. You may have heard Dan ask, "Can you do a push up?" His advice if you said, "No," would be to try one. His advice if you said, "Yes," would be to try to do one more rep than you currently did. He inspired many to do more than they thought they could.
Contributions in Dan's memory may be made to Sticks and Stones Ministry (8842 Powderhorn Way, Indianapolis, IN 46256) or to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
