Jackie Clayton (Jack) Dambros, 89, of Louisville, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Jack was born July 12, 1933 in Harlan, Kentucky to Domenick and Katie Dambros. Jack was a devout member of SpiritLife Church, (formerly Okolona Church of God) and was a veteran of the United States Army. Jack worked at General Electric Appliance Park and retired after 37 years of service. In his retirement, Jack was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time fishing, hunting, and being with family.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Regina, Louis, and Bobby.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Peggy, of 66 years; in addition to two children, Danny (Lois) and Jacqulin (William). Jack is also survived by two grandsons, Daniel Clayton and Austin David (Morgan); one great-grandchild, Aria Rose and another on the way; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held at SpiritLife Church, (6901 Outer Loop) on Friday, November 25th, 2022 at 3PM, with funeral services to follow at 6PM. A private burial will be held at a later date.
