I was going through my Steam games today and stumbled upon Monster Hunter: World. It reminded me of how enraged I would get when we played that. Each mission felt like an eternity, and I couldn't comprehend what the Devs were on about making each task so drawn out. You were always so calm and focused on finishing it, and I tried so hard to be patient because I didn't want to let you down. When we were done playing, I was always so relieved because of how much I grew to dislike it. You must have read the writing on the wall, because eventually you stopped asking me to play it. Good stuff. I love you, Kyle. There isn't a second that goes by you're not on my mind, old friend.

Oh Kyle....it breaks my heart to write this. You were my first true love and then you were the best friend to me after we figured out that romance just complicates things. Over the last 15 years you've helped me through some of the hardest things I've ever had to face, literally saving my life on at least one occasion. We've shared laughs and tears. It pains me to know that most of our inside jokes died with you.
Mr. And Mrs. Salaices, I am so incredibly sorry for your tremendous loss. I would give anything to hug you right now. Thank you for raising a son who was selfless and loving to everyone he met. Kyle was a light in the darkness and he is very very missed.

To Luis and Teri,
It was really difficult to build up the courage to write this message. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so empty as I did the moment I stumbled upon this page while trying to figure out where Kyle went. Somehow I just didn’t think this was possible, but here we are. It still doesn’t seem real. Kyle and I grew up together. I can’t remember a time before I knew him.
I really don’t know the right words, only that I’m so incredibly sorry and there is no understating the weight of his loss. Kyle was such a kind and loving soul. Probably the most thoughtful and empathetic person I’ve ever met. I’m so glad I got to know him and so proud to say he was my best friend.
I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through. But, if you feel up to it, I would love to talk on the phone sometime. I have a lot of great memories of Kyle I would love to share with you, as well as pictures. Perhaps we can help each other find closure through this. I’m here to help in any way I can. Thank you, and please take care of yourselves.

I met Kyle in May of 2013 in a video game, and finally just learned of his passing today from his friend Matt. Your son was there for me during a very difficult and trying time of my life, and I've nothing but great memories of him. My wife and I hadn't seen him online since in some months, and had concerns about his well-being. To learn this broke both of our hearts immensely, and I'm so very sorry for your loss.

Kyle, I still can't wrap my head around this. The two of us were just cutting up last week, having a good time as always. My friend, I was always impressed by your calm attitude. You had not an ounce of hate in your heart, and always treated everyone with love and respect.
I’ll never forget our conversations about buying land, homesteading, and our favorite games. We always had such a great time working together every Friday night. No matter how stressful the job got, you always kept your cool and knew how to have a good time even in the thick of it. I wish once more, we could formulate an, “escape plan” together, and cut up about it. You made the best steak Kyle, thank you for never saying no when I asked you!
Kyle my friend, your memory will live on eternally. You are a model example of a great man, and you made such an impact on my life and many others by your constant display of kindness, loyalty, and honesty to each who crossed paths with you. It was an honor to have met and worked with you Kyle. Our memories will always serve as a reminder that there truly are good people in this world. I’ll see you in the next life my friend. I love you.

I invited Kyle to my friend's 4th of July party. I introduced him to my friends and we all got along great. At night we shot off bottle rockets and other fireworks in the street together. I'm glad we had a really good time together.

Kyle This hurts my heart to have to write this, you were such a great person, always nice and kind hearted. I will cherish the times we spent working together at De Vega Brothers, may you rest in paradise my friend, my prayers and condolences to your family

Words could never describe what Kyle meant. He was a friend to so many people, he genuinely cared about others and what they were going through and did whatever he could to cheer them up. He was kind, considerate, humble and someone I will miss so much. I hope he knew how much he was loved by everyone, especially by his coworkers that became like family. I will hold his memory forever.

I remember Kyle growing up as a kind quiet boy into a young courteous man. My remembrances of him are his kindness and his courtesy. A great friend of my Son and cousin Art, he would talk about video gaming and what he wanted to do in life. A favorite of my Wife, Jane and I enjoyed his company when we got together at our Parents house. He would visit Grandma and Grandpa almost weekly. He was very dedicated to them. We will miss him terribly.

Dear family it is with deep sadness that I express my condolences to all of you. There are no words other than to trust in God for only he knows why.
May he give you comfort during this time. Love you all.

My heart is broken for you and your family Kyle.
You were one of the kindest, good hearted, hardworking and dedicated people I have had the pleasure of working with in 25 years in the restaurant industry.
I’ll always remember our time together, you were truly one of the best!
RIP my friend

Kyle made me smile every single day at work. He was always relaxed and fun to talk to. He was extremely humble and really nice the type of guy to go out of his way to do something right or make someone else happy. He had a great laugh and I don't think he knew how many people loved hearing it.

Kyle was not only a employee at the exchange. He was a family member. He was quiet but he had a way sneaking into every one's hearts with his daily actions. He was kind, hardworking, caring and the list goes on. It was my pleasure to be his boss and seeing him grow in the company.
I was lucky to be apart of his life and have the opportunity to meet him and be around him.
I will forever miss Kyle.
