Sandra Sally Green, 44, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022. She was a dedicated employee at Clark Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Clarksville. Sandy liked going fishing, always had a sense of adventure and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was born on March 4, 1978 in New Albany, Indiana to the late William and Susan (Stephens) Green. Sandy is survived by her children, Mackenzie and Lincoln Green; siblings, Samantha Griffin (Shawn), Joe Green (Amanda), Dan Green (Lisa); and lifelong friend, Amy Stallings (Donny).
Sandy's wish was to be cremated and a private service will be held. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (900 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40206).
