In Memory Of
Susan Quinlisk "Sue" Isaac
1964 - 2022
Born in 1964 in Louisville, Kentucky, to Ted and Sally Quinlisk, her childhood was spent in Columbia, Tennessee. Her high school days were spent back in Louisville where she graduated from Central High School. After graduating, she attended the University of Kentucky. Spending her career as an auditor, she worked for many elite companies, ending with Baptist Healthcare.
Susan loved good company and conversations with family and friends. She enjoyed playing board games, working puzzles, watching classic movies and TV shows, and the music of Steve Nicks and Billy Joel. But by far, her greatest joy in this life was being a Mother.
Sue is survived by her husband, Keith; daughter, Rachel; sisters, Cindy (Don) Jones and Karen (Bill) Kinnaird, as well as many pieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces, great-nephews, and other Isaac family members. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerome “Jerry” Quinlisk; sister, Cathryn “Cathy” Quinlisk, and nephew, Nicholas “Nick” Harrison.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) from 4:00pm – 8:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the House of Ruth (houseofruth.org or 5 Thomas Circle, NW Washington, DC 20005), Kosair Charities (kosair.org or 982 Eastern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40217), or the Louisville Zoo (louisvillezoo.org or 1100 Trevilian Way, Louisville, KY 40213).
