Neil "Donnie" Black, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021.

He was born on April 13, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky to John and Lorena (Hopper) Black. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Danny Black & Calvin Black.

Donnie attended Durrett High School. He was owner of Don Black's Performance Specialties. He enjoyed anything fast, including car racing, dirt bike racing and motorcycle racing. He was an avid History Buff and was a member of BMW Bluegrass Bimmer. Some of his favorite times was spending time with his family doing activities.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Brenda Berry; son, Chad E. Black; son, John D. Black; son, Patrick (Lori Ann) Berry; daughter, Alicia M. Royal; daughter, Ashley R. Owens; 11 grandchildren. Jaxon Black, Landon Black, Kaylie Berry, Lacey Berry, Alex Berry, Hannah Berry, Wesley Berry, Abigail Searcey, Cadien Owens, Kenleigh Owens, Jacob Owens; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).

The family requests that contributions in Donnie's memory be made to Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
