Judy Belle Avery, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021. Judy was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where she was married, baptized, and served on the Altar and Rosary Society.

She was born on May 25, 1939 in Edmonton, Kentucky to Joe and Mary (Martin) Beasley. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Anthony Avery, Parents, Sisters, Nellie Beasley, Christine Pope, Perpetua Keith, and Geno Faulkenberg.

Judy is survived by her Daughters, Marie (Buddy) Burden, Monica Yocom, Mary Joe Avery, Michele (Chris) Wilson, Misty Avery, Grandchildren, Tony Avery, Sarah Yocom, Amanda Burden, Tyler (Eileen) Burden, Clayton Burden, Great-Grandchildren, Lila Burden, Eli Burden, and Cayden Burden, Sister-in-Law Linda (Don) Dunn. Judy also leaves behind to cherish her memory 16 Nieces & Nephews including Martha (Don) Kolb who was a like a daughter, Friends, Church Family, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (3509 Taylor Blvd) with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

The family requests that contributions in Judy’s memory be made to Hosparus and to Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
