Frances "Bernice" (Mattingly) Donahue, 94, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. She was a member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church.

She was born on January 15, 1927, in St. Francis, Kentucky, to Bernard and Mary (Cross) Mattingly. In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Donahue; grandson, Greg Court; and siblings, Harold, Jellema, Joe, Jim Mattingly, and Beatrice Purtiller.

Bernice is survived by her children, Rita Court (Tom), Jan Andres (David), Merlin Donahue (Wanda), and Steve Donahue (Patty); sister, Imogene Didelot; brother-in-law, Harold Cecil; grandchildren, Mandie Lee (Greg), Cindy Fitzgerald (Miles), Daniel Andres, Cathy Donahue, Joe Donahue (Kara), Mark Court, Lindsey Angelotti (Erik), Chris Donahue, and Kelly Perigo (Derek); and great-grandchildren, Murphy Jo Donahue and Scarlet Angelotti.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church (5719 St. Mary's Road, Floyds Knobs) with her funeral mass being celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Francis Catholic Church Cemetery in Loretto, Kentucky.
