Dr. Diane Louise Dellario Armstrong was born on July 4th, 1951 in Erie, Pennsylvania.

She passed away on May 31st, 2021 at the age of 69 at her home in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended Assumption High school, Western Kentucky University, and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She was a dedicated dentist for over 30 years and was a loving mother to a son and a daughter. Diane loved science, books, animals, and any TV show that had a mystery to be solved. She was an amazing cook and was known for her cheesecake and desserts. Her laugh, smile, and compassionate nature were some of her best attributes. In her later years, she treasured time spent and Facetime calls with her children, four grandchildren, and siblings.

Diane is preceded in death by her mother (Shirley Ann Stevens) and sister (Gloria Dellario). She is survived by her son (Chase Armstrong), daughter (Lauren Armstrong Levy), four sisters (Valerie Barr, Susan Lippay, Carolyn Fordyce, and Michelle Coomer), two brothers (Patrick Dellario, Donald Dellario), daughter-in-law (Lindsey Bendure Armstrong), son-in-law (Michael Levy), and four grandchildren (Norah Levy, Lucas Levy, Caleb Armstrong, and Caroline Armstrong).

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 from 9:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
