Judi was born on August 22, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to Clarence and Frances Wiehebrink. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Marty Wiehebrink and Lisa Bowles, and brother, Chris Wiehebrink.
Judi is survived by her daughters, Emily Kupper (Christopher) and Kaitlyn Wiehebrink, sisters, Saundra Huffman (Rich), Mari Nowacki, Brothers, Gary Wiehebrink (Birdie), Jim Wiehebrink (Pam), Rick Wiehebrink (Vicki), and Michael Wiehebrink (Danneta), Grandchildren, Leia Kupper, and Carter Kupper, and a host of nieces and nephews.
