Marcella "Marcie" Coy, 82, of Taylorsville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021.
She was born on April 4, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Jessie and Mary Adele (Stevenson) Spadie. She is also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Ann Spadie.
Marcella is survived by her loving son, Michael (Bonnie) Coy, brothers, Ronald (Sam) Spadie, James (Pam) Spadie, and Jessie Spadie, Jr. granddaughters, Julia (Ashton) Scruggs, Grace Coy and one great-granddaughter, Eily Coy, Marcie's little angel. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
Due to the current Covid19 guidelines, a Celebration of Marcie's Life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extent their deep gratitude and appreciation to Marcie's sister-in-law Sam who took exceptional care of her.
