Delphia Myrtle and Robert Lowell Richendollar, age 81 and 79 respectfully of Bardstown, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2021 and on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Delphia was born on September 12th, 1941 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to Roy Joseph Cobb and Nelly Irene Casey and was raised by her grandmother, Myrtle Ivia Casey.

Robert was born on January 21st, 1939 in Washington C.H., Ohio to Luther Ray Richendollar and Ruth Ann Richendollar (Rodgers).

In their lifetime, Delphia managed and retired from Olan Mills Photography but her heart was tugged by wrestling. She conducted All Pro Wrestling, traveled with wrestlers and earned her spot in Kentucky’s Wrestling Hall of Fame as the first lady promoter.

Robert joined the army in 1961 and was ranked as PFC, working in The Motorpool as a mechanic. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BS and was a professor teaching history. As a jack of all trades, he was also an insurance adjuster, a truck-driver and a bus-driver. They started their life together in matrimony on June 11th, 1960, living in Middletown, Kentucky for a large portion of their marriage.

Delphia and Robert are survived by their three sons, Gregory Todd (Bobbie) Richendollar, Jeffrey Shawn Richendollar and Erik Scott (Kathy) Richendollar; their four grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Burch, Brittany Amanda Barnes, Alyssa Brooke Richendollar and Gregory Tyler Richendollar; and one great-grandchild, Faith Alaina Barnes; and a host of family and friends.

Visitations for both Mr. & Mrs. Richendollar will be 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, January 21, 2021 and 9 to 11 am on Friday, January 22nd at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky. A celebration of Delphia's and Robert's life will be 11 am Friday, January 21st at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, Kentucky. Those attending will meet at the administration building at 2:15 pm to line up for the cortege, and joined committal service will take place at the pavilion at 2:30 pm.
