Fleta Casey, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
Fleta retired from Speedway and was a big U of K fan. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Fleta has left a long lasting loving impression on everyone she met.
She was born on October 2, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lem and Marian (Hanger) Baucom. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, David Dwight Casey, Jr., siblings, Shirley McLennan, Robert Baucom, Gary Baucom, Sr., and sister in-law, Dana Baucom.
Fleta is survived by her lifetime companion, Dwight Casey, daughter, Melissa (Devon) Gaines, grandchildren, Gary Gaines and Jared Casey,siblings, Gerri (Terry) Parker, Carol (David) Masden, Peggy Merriman, and Jack Baucom.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial at Bethany Memorial Cemetery at 10am on Saturday.
