Paul Dewayne "Duke" Rowan, 20, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Paul enjoyed making people laugh. He loved his family, and was a caring person. Duke was always building things and helping with projects around the house. He was involved in helping out in several barber shops around town. Duke was loved by many, and will be missed by all who knew him. Duke had a passion for music and putting on a show.

He was born on February 18, 2000 in Louisville, Kentucky to Paul Rowan and Tamira Trabue. He is preceded in death by his Grandmother, Contrail Trabue, Grandfather, Dwayne Anthony Beason, and Great Grandfathers Nathan Trabue, Edward Neil Rowan, and John Edward Judkins.

Duke is survived by his Mother, Tamira Trabue, Father, Paul Rowan, Son, Paul Dewayne Rowan, Jr., Sister, Lamya Rowan, Brother, Deshawn Duncan, Brother, Andrew Johnson, Brother, Keandre Johnson, Grandmother, Catalina Moore, and Grandfather, Lyndon Charles Rowan, Sr. Great Grandmothers, Ala Bertha Harris, Flora Will Rowan, and Ophilia Judkins, Great Grandfather, Larry Johnson. Duke also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2020 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Newcomer, Cremations and Funerals- Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Green Meadows Cemetery.

Family prefers blue flowers or white flowers.
