Mildred Samad, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
She was born on October 4, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Coy and Dorothea (Weaver) Hamm. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, William D. Samad, sister, Barb Nichols, brother, Jon Hamm.
Mildred is survived by her son, Zachary M. Samad, son, Michael D. (Shannon) Samad, sister, Gail (David) Frederick, brother, Gerry Hamm, brother, Paul (Amy) Hamm, Grandson, Tyler D. Samad, Granddaughter, Marialania Samad.
Mildred will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was a second generation employee working for 30+ years at Frisch's and was an avid animal lover.
