Cheryl Evans, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Cheryl enjoyed being at the Ocean, and loved watching her bird feeders. She enjoyed her dog companion "Dougie" whom she adored. Cheryl playing the lottery, betting the horse races, and spending time with friends and family.

She was born on September 30, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to Herb and Anna (Dewitt) Wientjes. She is preceded in death by her Parents.

Cheryl is survived by her loving Husband of 37 years, Donald Evans, Daughters, Tammy (Ray) Ramirez, and Christy Smyth, Son, Tim Smyth, Brother, Herbert (Betty) Wientjes, Grandchildren, Nicholas Shuburt, and Erin Salazer.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
