Janette Glover , 85, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020. She was born on July 8, 1934 in Edmonton, Kentucky to the late Ben and Lillie Smith.

In addition to her parents, Janette is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Glover and a sister, Betty Winn.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Vickie (Gary) Hornsby, Timmy (Dena) Glover, and Ellen (Greg) Carrillo; grandchildren, Brian, Cari, Bethany, Jeremy, Kristi and Jena; 16 great grandchildren; a brother, John Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Janette's life will take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions- Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, with a private burial to follow in Edmonton, Kentucky. The family will accept guests for visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 4:00-8:00 pm.
