Gary L. Brentlinger Sr., 68, of Fairdale, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020.
He was born on May 10, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to Arthur and Nettie Brentlinger. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers, Arthur Brentlinger, Robert Kerger, and John Kerger, Sisters, Mae Turner, and Betty Gibson, and Grandchild, Taylor Brentlinger-Clemons.
Gary is survived by his loving Wife of 45 years, Donna M. Brentlinger, Daughter, Carrie (Timmy Smith) Brentlinger, Son, Gary L. (Amy) Brentlinger, Jr., Brother, James (Susie) Brentlinger, Sisters, Kathy (Jim) Hayes, Janet (Randy) Meyer, and Geneva (Dino) Barbour, Grandchildren, Jason Brentlinger, Chasity Brentlinger, Nathan Ashley, Savannah Brentlinger, and Brooklynn Brentlinger, and many Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of his life will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will be held on 11:00 am on March 19, 2020 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
The family requests that contributions in Gary's memory be made to Wounded Warriors Project .
