Mary Jean Eaton , 86, of Fairdale, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Mary retired from Jefferson County Public Schools. She was a devoted Christian and a member of Epiphany Methodist Church.. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She adored her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, and always looked forward to their visits.

She was born on October 18, 1933 in Gabe , Kentucky to Henry and Lois (Durrett) Williams. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Siblings, Henry Williams, Frances Price, Ivan Williams, Louise Foster, Elmore Williams, Elizabeth Warner, and Milton Williams.

Mary is survived by her loving Husband of 65 years, William Moody Eaton, Son, Philip W (Mary) Eaton, Daughter, Tracy (Michael) Eaton-Hill, Brother, Bill (Diane) Williams, Grandchildren, Angie Lewis, Nathan (Kayla) Eaton, Philip Eaton, Jr., and Andrew (Maggie) Woerner, Great-Grandchildren, Zachary Lewis, Ethan Cook, Owen Underwood, Reese Woerner, Nellie Woerner, and Tatum Woerner. Mary also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel. Private Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
