She was born on June 18, 1924, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late William and Blanche (Barth) Mivelaz. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Chester Denison; daughter, Connie Taylor; brother, William Mivelaz, Jr.; sister, Bernice Fenwick; brother, David Mivelaz; and brother, Jon Mivelaz.
Rosemary is survived by her loving sons, Russell "Rusty" (Debra) Denison and Scott (Angela) Denison; brother, James Mivelaz; grandchildren, Brittany (Steven) Bierly, Ryan (Caitlin) Denison, Matthew Denison, Mallory (Adam) Setty, Caitlin (Brian) Sutherland, and Andrew Taylor; great-grandchildren, Brandon Bierly, Isabel Bierly, Nathan Bierly, Jason Bierly, Hayes Setty, Brooks Setty, Zoe Sutherland, Olivia Sutherland, Adeline Denison, and Tahli Denison; and son-in-law, Nick Taylor.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
