Cremation was chosen following Pat's wishes. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205).
