Pearl Lawson Henderson, age 96 of Louisville, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at her home. Pearl was born March 15, 1923 to the late William D. and Florence McKane Lawson. Pearl confessed her Faith in Christ an early age and was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church, Eminence. She served in many capacities including as a member of the Altar Guild. She was a graduate of Lincoln Institute in Simpsonville, Kentucky. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper at Clore & Clore and for Henderson Brothers Slaughterhouse. Pearl was preceded in death by her Husband Eugene Henderson; her parents; two sisters, Cora Jean Mahan & Anna Thomas; and three brothers William, Orlando and her twin Earl Lawson.

Pearl is survived by her daughters, Connie Hayden (George) & Marcia Fay Hayden of Louisville; two sons, James Henderson (Heidi) of Naples, Florida and Eugene Ray Henderson (Julie) of Cincinnati, OH; 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, a host of Nieces & Nephews and friends.

Visitation will be 5 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Eminence, 5706 S Main St, Eminence, KY 40019. A celebration of Pearl's life will be 1 pm Wednesday, August 21st at the church, with burial to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in New Castle, Kentucky.
