Mark Edward Lozier, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Mark was an avid UK Wildcats, Dallas Cowboys, and Cincinnati Reds fan. He loved children, especially his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was born on June 17, 1961, in New Albany, Indiana, to Nancy M. (Poole) and the late Cecil R. Lozier. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his son, Jacob Arthur Lozier.

Along with his loving mother, Mark is survived by his son, Joshua L. Lozier; grandchildren, Lilly Lozier and Logan Lozier; brothers, Mitchell (Pam) Lozier, Michael (Carla) Lozier, and Matthew Lozier; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen in regards to Mark's wishes. Memorial Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. His Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at a later date at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Mark’s memory be made to the Robley Rex V.A. Medical Center.
