Paul E. Cravens, 75, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Paul was an avid bowler in his early years and played on intermural basketball teams. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports, cheering for Bob Knight's Hoosiers, and watching High School Basketball and loved listening to the music of his youth and "the good ole' days" on his records.

Paul was born on March 10, 1944, in Clarksville, Indiana, to the late Jesse and Anna Mae (Johnson) Cravens. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Cravens; and brothers, Garland, Jesse, and Bob Cravens.

Paul is survived by his loving children, Paul (Anga) Cravens and Winnie (Kirk) Spencer; grandchildren, Tifany Sheets, Shayla Cravens, Savannah Spencer, and Bailey Cravens; and siblings, Dorothy Mitchum, Bill Cravens, Frances Lawton, and Donald Cravens.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). His Funeral Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Paul’s memory be made to J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter in Jeffersonville.
