Gordon Stahl passed away peacefully at home on August 9, 2018 surrounded by family, friends, and his cherished pets.
Gordon was a veteran of the US Army, an accomplished arborist, and had a successful career in sales.
Gordon is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kristine, his son Derek, daughter Reanna, and sisters Pamela Raskin (Richard) and Donis Stahl. He is also survived by a beloved extended family and network of friends.
Gordon was a charismatic man that left an impression on everyone he met. He was a loving father and husband, a loyal friend, an avid RC soaring pilot, and a dog lover.
As a celebration of Gordon’s life, a RC soaring event will be held at Charlie Vettiner Park in Louisville, KY on September 15th at 10am with lunch and celebration to follow. A memorial will also be held in Milwaukee, WI at a date to be determined.
Donations in Gordon’s honor can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
