Jordan "JP" Patrick , 28, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 7, 2018.

JP was born on February 8, 1990 in Lakeland , Florida to Tonna (Wurfel) Aspinall. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Effie Jane Patrick, James Patrick, Sr., and Wanda Joy Wurfel.

He is survived by his family Tonna (Mark) Aspinall, brother Chase (Amanda) Patrick and a host of family and friends.

Mass will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Patrick Catholic Church (1000 North Beckley Station Road Louisville, KY 40245) with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St Vincent de Paul (P.O. Box 17126 Louisville, KY 40217-0126).
