Dan "Tank" Clark, 44, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 12, 2018. He was employed by Delta Services and was a member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lorraine Lodge and the IBEW local 369. Tank was a musician and bass player for the Louisville band Headcase.

Dan was born on December 1, 1973, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Jerome and Sally(Brown) Clark.

Dan is survived by his brother, Anthony (Rudy) Clark; sister, Bunny (Thomas) Carman; and beloved girl friend, Stephanie Pedigo; nephews, Kerry (Shannon) Smith, Timmy (Michelle) Smith and Aidan Clark; niece, Shelly (Drew) Matthis; great nieces, Makayla Smith and Addyson Smith; great nephew, Landon Smith; and his fur babies, Taz and Annabelle and many extended family and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 1pm to 4pm, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). His memorial service will be held at 4pm.
