Eva was born on October 4, 2017, Louisville, Kentucky to Arrick and Chelsea Henry.
She is survived by her parents, Arrick and Chelsea Henry; sister, Mia Grace Henry; grandparents, Wanda Sylla, John Clapper and Angela Lucear; great-grandparents, Nathaniel and Eva Henry, Diane and James McClurkan, and Janice Clapper; aunts, Alisha Oduh (Ben), Katrina Johnson (Stephen), Shannon Clapper and Ashley Henry; uncles, Tim Clapper (Selene) and LaBaron Henry, Jr.; and many loving, cousins and extended family members.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Calvary Cemetery at 1 p.m.
