Lonnie Joshua Baker, 35, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 24, 2017.
He was born on July 15, 1981 in Bristol, Tennessee.
Lonnie was a Physical Therapist and a Director for Paragon Rehab. He was a very loving and giving person, he touched the lives of so many and he had an infectious personality that made everyone feel so comfortable. He admired and enjoyed every moment spent with his loving wife and daughter.
Lonnie is survived by his loving wife Jamie Nicole Baker; daughter, Carson Rylee Baker; mother, Florence (Clevinger) Baker; siblings, Jennifer Baker, Eric Justus, Rebecca Baker.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243.) A private service for the family will be held on Friday.
In loving memory of Lonnie, memorial contributions may be made to a college fund for his daughter, Carson Rylee Baker, checks made payable to: American Funds Benefit for Carson Baker 529, mail to: Ashwood Wealth Mtg (ATTN: Marsha Boyd) 2525 Harrisburg Road, Suite #100, Lexington, KY 40504.
