Cynthia Kirklen, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 24, 2017. She was a faithful servant as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She was a 1970 graduate of East Chicago Washington High School. She was very family oriented and had a deep love for her children.

Cynthia had a passion for artwork including painting, drawing, reading and cooking.

Cynthia was born on December 21, 1952, East Chicago, Indiana to the late Omar Kareem and Gladys (Wright) Williams. She was also preceded in death by her brother David Williams and grandparents.

She is survived by her daughters; Erica L Thomas, Lisa Thomas, Teresa Tall, and son; Joseph Thomas, brothers; Michael, Kevin and Kenneth Williams, nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, cousin, Dianthia Lee and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2:00pm at Middletown Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses (9910 Whips Mill Road Louisville, Kentucky 40223) with Brother Cliff Green officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Middletown Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses (9910 Whips Mill Road Louisville, Kentucky 40223).
