Marsha A. Woods, 74, of Brooks, Kentucky, and formerly of Pleasure Ridge Park, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. Marsha and her husband were owners of Rental World in Valley Station for over 30 years.

She was born on July 20, 1948 in Chillicothe, Missouri to Raymond and Amanda (Spouse) Garlick. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Raymond & Amanda Garlick, brothers, Richard & Donnie Garlick, sister, Kathy Dillard.

Marsha is survived by her loving Husband of 56 years, Husband, Harry K. Woods, Jr., children, Harry (Phuong) K. Woods III, and John T. Woods, brother, Bobby (Tonya) Garlick, sisters, Pam (Bill) Duesler and Mary Jones.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2022 and from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Sunday, December, 11 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow in Clarkson Cemetery in Clarkson, KY.
