Erica Kaye Cook, 32, of Louisville, KY, passed away on November 28, 2021. She was a medical assistant at First Urology. Erica's children were the apple of her eye and meant the world to her. She loved cheerleading, was involved in pageants, spending time on the lake fishing and listening to music. Erica was caring, loving with a witty and spunky personality.

She was preceded in death by grandmother, Alice Wisdom Meredith and great-grandmother, Kaye Krill.

Erica is survived by her daughter, Lilly Coffman; son, Landon Cook; mother, Crystal (Greg) Unthank; father, Eric (Janis) Cook; brother, Garrett Unthank; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and Alexa and Miranda Sulzer.

Visitation will be Monday, December 6, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 4pm-8pm with a celebration of Erica's life beginning at 6pm.
