John B. Campbell, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021. John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

He was born on July 18, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to Henry and Willa (Kessinger) Campbell. He is preceded in death by his Father, Henry B. Campbell, Mother, Willa M. Elkins, and Son, Jimmy Allen Campbell.

John is survived by his loving Wife of 50 years, Janet L. Campbell; Son, Johnny Russell (Sharon) Campbell; Daughters, Tammie L. (Sam) Taylor, Leslie Sadler, Dawn Robinson, and Samantha (Todd) Kruger; 10 Grandchildren; 13 Great-grandchildren; Sister, Linda (Richard) McKune as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:30 am on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in John’s memory be made to Kosair Childrens Hospital.
