Keith Ray Hartung, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Keith was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a 3rd Generation Machinist. He loved the outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping. He taught his sons and grandson many things out in his garage whether it was life lessons or how to fix something. He was a very comforting person and always knew the right thing to say. If you couldn't find him in the garage you could find him watching old western movies and shows. Keith will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Joseph Hartung and mother, Florence Jeanette Hartung; siblings, Jimmy Hartung and Neil Hartung; brother-in-laws, Ron Phipps and Dick McGavic; life long friend, Greg Booker.

Keith is survived by his loving Wife of years, Susan Hartung; sons, Adam Hartung, Jason Hartung, and Ben Hartung; grandchildren, Tyler Hartung, Izzy Hartung, Jacob Hartung, and Tori Hartung; bonus grandaughter, Marshay Howell; siblings, Lynette (Bill) Spalding, Leslie (Lisa) Hartung, and Joan (Mickey) Gloor; in-laws, Brenda McGavic, Donna (Joe)Mattingly, Dennis (Melanie) Phipps, and Randy (Debbie) Phipps. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
