1946 - 2021

Howard William "Hardy" Brown, 75, passed away on April, 30, 2021. Hardy was kind to everyone and known as a great humanitarian. He was an avid fisherman, loved Karaoke and playing Texas Hold' Em. The most important thing to Hardy was spending time with his family. He never met a stranger and positively impacted everyone he met.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Helen Brown and sons, Billy Joe Brown and Virgil Thomas Brown.

Howard leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 57 years, Ruby Brown; children, Chris (Laura) Brown, Angel (Brian) Rosenblatt, Stephanie Davis and Brooke Brown; grandchildren, Kristie Brown, Ashton (Hanna) Brown, Cameron Keown, Jeremy Cheatom, Lauren Jett, Hailey Cheatom, Kaden Jett, Trinity Barnett-Brown, Derek (Shaina) Hager and Tabitha Hager; great-grandchildren, Jade, Kadance, Dalles, Jolee, Tahiry, Kalvin and Avalene; sister, Natalie (Bobby) Stotts; brother, Mitch (Becky) Brown and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 12pm-8pm with a Reflection's service at 6pm. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Pleasant Union Baptist Church, 2170 Wilson Church Road, Caneyville, KY beginning at 12pm (CST)
