Bruce B. Bauer Sr., 83, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021. Bruce's passions of life were his Wife, Children, Grandchildren, and Great-Grandchildren. He loved to sing, gospel, country, and just about anything that was on the radio. Bruce enjoyed woodworking, worked as a concrete finisher for many years, and coined the term "Love that Concrete". Bruce loved meeting new people, and never met a stranger, he had a quick whit about him, and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on January 30, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ernest and Ruby (Kupp) Bauer. He is preceded in death by his Son, Dennis Bauer, Parents, Sisters, Ruth Dickson, and Catherine Hough, Brothers, Donald Bauer, Ernest Bauer, and Stuart Bauer.

Bruce is survived by his loving Wife of 25 years Susan (Goodman) Bauer, Daughter, Rena (Norman) Bratcher, Son, Bruce (Debbie) Bauer, Jr., Son, Stephen Bauer, Son, Daniel Bauer, Son, Jonathan Bauer, Daughter, Leah (John) Bauer, Daughter, Karen (Jon) Meredith, Daughter, Sarrina (Steve) Meredith, and Son, Bryan Ferguson, Grandchildren, Angie, Kira, Eric, Cortney, Aaron, Ben, Chelsie, Kristi, Ryan, Ethan, and Devin, Great-Grandchildren, Chloe, Lucy, Baxter, Louie, Kyla, Parker, Hallie, Lucy, Willow, and Autumn. Bruce also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
