In Memory Of
Keion LaDon Bartee
1988 - 2020

Sunrise 12-29-1988 to Sunset 6-26-2020 Keion LaDon Bartee was born to Jacqueline Bartee and Kenneth Lavell Brown. Keion was a leader and a protector. He would go hard for his family and friends. One thing he enjoyed the most was having fun with his daughter, KJ. Keion adored the color blue and it was a big part of his life style. Keion had a spirit that would light up a room and make you look at him sometimes and question "Keion what are you talking about". This man, as strong as he was, at the end of the day was a true mama's boy.

Keion leaves to cherish his memory, his parents Jacqueline Bartee (Harold) Brown, and Kenneth L Brown; Step-Father Harold Brown; His daughter Katherine Jacqueline Bartee; siblings; Tiye R. Bartee, Wantay D. Bartee, Kimika C. Bartee, and Ebony Jones; Best friend William; Niece, Deondra Bartee; aunts and uncles Frank Bartee, Gwen Bartee, Andre Bartee, Jerry (Neva) Bartee, Ricky Bartee, James (Angela) Bartee, Yolonda Bartee and a host of family, friends, and cousins.

The family of Keion LaDon Bartee would like to thank everyone that visited, called, texted, and came by to chill with us on the "Bluetiful" day.
This is a letter from his Daughter KJ, "My dad is the best in the whole world. he is kind, sweet, funny, strong and brave. No matter what I did he always forgave me. I will miss his laugh, smiles, and his time. Most of all I will miss the way you love me and I will miss you so much. You are the best dad ever I am sad that you died but I am happy you are in heaven so you wont be in pain. Please watch over mom and me. I love you with all my heart and my soul till forever ends. Daddy I always love you." -KJ

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2020 at New Covenant Baptist Church, (1190 S. 40th Street). His Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, at New Covenant Baptist Church with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery.
