Barbara "Barbie" Fritz, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Barbara enjoyed working at the Prairie Village Ballpark. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Yahtzee, card games, and spending time with her sisters and family. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas. She was a kind soul and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born on November 16, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and JoAnn (Lively) Volk. She is preceded in death by her Parents, and Brother, Billy Volk.

Barbara is survived by her Sons, Michael Fritz, Jr., Joe Fritz, and Robby Fritz, Daughter, Stephanie Fritz, Sisters, Debbie (Jim) Harrod, Susan Graham, and Carole Hogan. Barbara also leaves behind to cherish her memory 6 Grandchildren, Great-Grandchild, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).

A Celebration of her life will be held at Prairie Village Ballpark at a later date.

The family requests that contributions in Barbara’s memory be made to Prairie Village Ballpark .
