In Memory Of
Larry James Colglazier
1946 - 2020
Larry was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Japan. He retired from CSX Railroad after many years as a switchman/conductor, and was a member of the VA, American Legion, VFW, and Indiana Freemasonry.
Larry loved spending time with his family. His pride and joy was his daughter, granddaughter, and great granddaughter. He was a perfectionist at everything he did and always willing to lend a helping hand no matter how big or small the task. He loved playing Trivial Pursuit with family, golfing with his buddies and watching the Indiana Hoosiers play basketball.
On Wednesday, February 5, 2020 Larry joined our Heavenly Father with family by his side. He will be missed by many.
Larry wished to be cremated, and that he and Louise be buried together at the New Albany National Cemetery in a private ceremony. A public Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Valley View Golf Club in Floyds Knobs, IN from 1-4pm.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, please consider a donation to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
