She was born on January 5, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to Louis and Nellie Doss. She loved her coffee and cigarettes, bingo, karaoke and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret M. (Carlos Acosta) Dominguez, son, Michael Ray Phelps, daughter, Shannon S. Velasquez-Perez, eight grandchildren, Dakotah S. Ford, Sierra I. Dominguez, Ramiro R. Dominguez, Selena K. Perez, Rafael L. Zavala, Michael Ray Phelps, Jr., Nichole T. Phelps & Matthew S. Phelps. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Marion Harlan.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
The family requests that contributions in her memory be made to Hosparus.
