Trayshawn Jaquay Coffey , 32, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019. Trayshawn was a "I got to do what I got to do" type of guy. He was a loving father and was always a happy go lucky guy.

He was born on November 30, 1986 in Louisville, Kentucky to James Taylor and Dawna Coffey-Turner.

Trayshawn is survived by his mother and step-father, Dawna and Lamont Turner; sisters, Ashley Mack and Kia Doty; grandmother, Peggy Coffey; aunts, Danita (Randy ) Austin, Robin (Monty ) Hickman, Denise Daniels, and Stephanie Taylor; uncle, Derrick Coffey; step-parents, Steve (Terry) Mack; fiancée, Mikeyah Symonette; and his children: Za'Koryon, Za'Kyra, Nadia, Jeremiah, Taylor, Tyler, and Tyran; and a host of cousins, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Trayshawn ’s memory be made to The Potter's House Life Center, 314 Wenzel Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202.
